“Bite for Life: A movement to fight malnutrition with cacao-powered nutrition and community-grown impact.”

1. Avanti and MUZE are co-developing a healthy, cacao-based nutrition bar to address chronic malnutrition in rural Ecuador.

2. The bar will feature local superfoods like quinoa, amaranth, and plant-based protein, fortified with essential vitamins and minerals.

3. It is designed to be shelf-stable, affordable, and distributed through schools and community programs as a daily supplement.

4. Production will be led by women trained through Avanti’s programs, creating jobs and strengthening local economies.

5. This initiative combines nutrition, education, and empowerment to deliver long-term impact across the food and health systems.
